This is a very spacious 3 bedroom penthouse apartment with a large private terrace surrounding the apartment. The master bedroom is very spacious with en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace, and the 2 bedrooms are of a good size, enough to accommodate any large family.

The spacious living room has high ceilings, and hot or cold air conditioning which works via a coin meter, the living room leads directly to the terrace which catches the sunshine all day and overlooking beautiful gardens and the sea.

The apartment is furnished to the highest quality, with a dvd player, video player, and air conditioning. There is a private underground car park enclosed within a gated development with direct access to the beach, Puerto Duquesa Marina with its fabulous restaurants, Castillo Village and Los Hildagos center which are all conveniently within a short walking distance from the apartment.

The development of Los Granados has round the clock security and immaculately kept gardens, a very large swimming pool with sun terraces and WiFi available in communal areas too.

Bedrooms:
The property has two twin bedrooms each enjoying a large south facing window. The master bedroom with en-suite facilities has a double bed, ample wardrobe space and direct access to the main terrace with breathtaking sea views and views to the well kept communal gardens and pool.

Bathrooms:
The property has two bathrooms, the en-suite bathroom has a bath and double sink and vanity unit. The shared family bathroom also has a bath with overhead shower.

Lounge:
The living room is a very spacious and modern room which benefits a DVD player and Video player. There is also hot and cold air conditioning via coin meter and direct access to the main terrace. The room is very well furnished with a comfortable lounge area and dining area for 6 people. WiFi access suitable for social networking and smart phones is available.

Kitchen:
There is a spacious modern galley style kitchen with a separate utility room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge freezer and separate drinks refrigerator. There is also a breakfast table by the window.

Outdoors:
There is a very large ‘L’ shaped terrace accessed from the living room and Master Bedroom. This terrace has a dining table with 6 chairs and sun loungers and superb views of the mountain, gardens, pool, beach and sea.

Parking:
There is private underground parking for 1 car and lift access directly to the apartment. There is also communal parking within the development and additional off-street parking outside the resort.

Cleaning, Maid Service, Linen and Towel:
The property will be cleaned before and after your stay only unless additional cleans and change of linen are requested by you at the time of booking. All linen and towels are provided (including tea towels). Pool towels are provided by the owner if required.

Changeover Days:
Changeover days and your length of stay are completely flexible (subject to availability).

Resort facilities:
Los Granados boasts incredible tropical gardens and a lagoon style swimming pool. In the summer months there are sun loungers and sunshades around the pool area. The development has 24 hour security. WIFI is available in communal areas.

Amenities:
All amenities are within a 10 minute “flat” walk from Los Granados including Puerto Duquesa Marina, Castillo fishing village and Los Hidalgos Commercial center.

Travel:
There is easy access to the dual carriage-way which runs along the Costa Del Sol. There is a bus stop outside the development although the time table is limited and especially in the winter months. The taxi rank is a 10 minute walk and is located in Puerto Duquesa marina.
Bar

Golf:
La Duquesa Golf is the nearest golf course being only a 5 minute car drive away. Many excellent courses including Sotogrande, Dona Julia, Finca Cortesin and Valderama are within a 20 minute car drive.

Beach:
Los Granados enjoys direct access to the beach. There is also an excellent “Chiringuito” beach bar and restaurant which serves superb fresh sea food within a very short walking distance from the apartment.
